"I was amazed at this hotel for everything they did to ensure a comfortable stay. Not only was the check-in easy, the front staff provided pet beds, dishes, as well as toys for the fur babies. A bonus was that the bathtub was nice and big so I could enjoy a nice soak after walking the trails nearby (I am tall so the struggle is real lol). They also put me on the floor level facing the woods so that my dogs would be comfortable and could access the trails easier. I always choose this hotel when I stay in Banff and will continue to do so because they treat me and my dogs better than anywhere else I have ever been. "
