The hotel is very clean and the fireplace rooms is spacious and worth the extra fee in the winter for the coziness. Pay for the Mountain View or you will be facing into an entire floor of other people’s rooms. A big thank you to Ali at the front desk, he was courteous and handled our room change easier and promptly. His customer service is excellent.

Overall amazing! Worth the price. Love their hot pools, well maintained and organized. Room is so nice and clean. spacious and super clean bathroom that you can use shower head as a mirror, crystal clear fixtures. all quartz countertops, very modern design. They have dish soap and dish clothes to was your dishes etc at the other sink outside the bathroom. Hotel looks new and well maintained. Will definitely come back here.

I travel a lot for work and have stayed in hotels all over the globe for over 20 years. Few hotels have GOOD pillows to sleep with. This place has GOOD pillows. Not many hotels do this in North America, everywhere else has it right. Room and its amenities were very nice, the complimentary coffee and tea you gave me for the room was fantastic, not awful like Holiday inn. Your outdoor hot pool was the best to enjoy from a long drive. I also liked your awesome restaurant for breakfast and lunch. I will definitely be back again.

Photos and reviews can sometimes be misleading, but this was not the case with Hotel Canoe. From the moment we arrived it was apparent that the hotel was in fact situated in as beautiful a setting as the on photos suggest and things only got better from there with customer service upon check-in, room finishing and thoughtful details, luxury spa/retreat-like amenities, and on-site dining options all exceeding our expectations. Simply put, an exceptional experience. Bravo to the team at Hotel Canoe & Sudden Sally! We can hardly wait to return.

The room was really well looked after and so were we. The room and the views were stunning. Parking situation was excellent, no issues. You get a free bus pass for a regular bus into town which is great if you're going out for an evening and wont be driving. Staff were kind enough overall we'd stay here again.
