Enjoyed our breakfasts at the Pacino restaurant. The spa was very relaxing. We took advantage of an upgrade to a suite that was offered at check in, the suite was lovely, but was surprised that we had to walk outside to access it. Walls are very thin, we heard lots of outside noises and people walking by which was a bit annoying. The location is convenient for downtown shopping, and the undergound parking is nice.

No upgrade for Gold/VIP, despite higher end rooms available. Apparently only limited upgrades to certain rooms. Expensive with somewhat effete staff. Try Peaks, always upgrade, always provide a free bottle of wine for Gold members. Staff warm and friendly.
