There was no desk attendant when we arrived. When she finally wandered in, she was less than friendly. There was a public parking space five feet from our door. The carpet was threadbare. The wallpaper was peeling. The bathroom tile was broken. The bathroom heater was held together with duck tape and the thermostat would not turn off. The armoire door hinge and my bedside light switch were also broken. The mini fridge freezer was so frosted a small ice pack would not fit in. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, Room 115 needs updates and repairs. Unfortunately I would not return or recommend a stay to my friends.

Property was left over from the 1980s. Looked rundown & tired. Had to call twice to get toilet fixed. Room had heavy antiseptic smell. Staff made you feel you were an inconvenience. I think they should cover up the "quality" part of the Quality Inn sign, especially for $300 a night.

Started 2 night stay with only partial roll of toilet paper and no extras. Had to ask for more on final day. Room phone did not work. Couldn't call front desk. However, room was clean and comfortable. Building was a bit rundown but lobby was presentatable and breakfast was adequate.

This whole facility needs updating. Signage is terrible or non existing. There was no map of facility given. Could not find room because signage on doors is so small. A lot of tripping hazards going to second floor. Some doors not closing properly .Musty or acrid smell in room. AC louvers were dirty ,cleaned with a sanitizing wipe and was black dirt or mold on louvers. Screen door to balcony was off track, could not close. Sliding door window was filthy. Could not find ice machine, it was across hotel in laundry room, but there was not any signage . Ice in ice machine was all frozen, had to chop it free to get some ice. Second day lost WIFI. Called desk and they said password had changed. Received new password but that didn't work either. Called the # for tech support, and was told wifi was not working , he wasn't sure why. But passed thru my devices so I had WIFI. Very good tech support. On the plus side ,exercise room was very clean and many options. There was a sauna, but I had no idea it was there till I went to exercise on my third day. Found a plastic bag over my smoke detector in room. Called front desk and they told me to remove it. I am 70 , I'm not climbing on a desk chair with wheels to take it off. After a brief conversation with her , she said she would be up to remove it. Will never go back to a Quality Inn.

Don't recommend, the staff was ok, but they were difficult to understand and were on a phone call with someone else while attempting to check us in. The door to our room wouldn't shut completely, neither would the balcony door. The bathroom door was extremely narrow, had a chunk of wood missing from it and wouldn't close at all. The carpet was dirty, the room had cob webs, the AC was too loud to sleep with it on. The bed sheets had stains and the wallpaper was peeling. There was no elevator and no direct access the the lobby or cafeteria without going outside. Breakfast was not ready when they said it would be, but it was decent enough. Lastly, when my business trip was cut short they wouldn't refund anything and charged me for the entire week even though we only stayed one day.
