"Our host Richard was great! Tyson was so friendly and we enjoyed playing with him. The view is amazing and we enjoyed all of the beautiful fruit trees. There two things to note: Trains run frequently at all hours close to this house. We reserved this house for our family of 5- 2 adults and our 3 children who range in age from 20-25. Even though we were under the max sleeps of 8, we were still charged extra because our children were older than 17. I did not see on the listing this extra fee. It took me by surprise. I would clarify all charges before booking. All in all if we were to return to Pinole, due to its location in close proximity to our family, the cleanliness of the house and the kind host, we would return. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment on top of a garage. The location is in a quiet quaint old neighborhood of craftsman houses and within a short walk to the San Francisco Bay Trail. There are also two lovely parks within walking distance. The bed was very cozy and comfortable and the couch was also so comfortable that I accidentally fell asleep on it! There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen, which has everything you need if you want to cook. We liked this place so much we showed it to our brother and sister-in-law, because they often have guests coming to stay near them from overseas. Oh, and if you are into this sort of thing, a large TV with lots of cable channels. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Hercules. "

"The neighborhood is AMAZING! The house itself was beautiful but it was filthy inside. We couldn't find a broom or mop to use and the irumba was completely useless. Our shoes stuck to the floor when you walked on it. Counter were sticky and dirty. We went to the store 1st thing to buy clorox wipes and cleaner. Cockroachs everywhere. The outside of the house had garbage everywhere and if I hadn't spent so much on the rental I would of left and rented a hotel. Couldn't use the TV because there was no remote and the buttons on the actual tv would not work to control it."
