"The rooms are in a small gated courtyard with parking under the rooms which I find very convenient and way safer than parking your car on the street… You can’t even tell it’s a hotel if your walking by. The rooms are clean and nice.. "

"The lobby is great with lots of areas for sitting, including near an electric fireplace. Also, on the first floor there is a fitness room with treadmills x 2, bicycles x 2, etc, a small pool, a restaurant. Favorite parts about the hotel: Large room, bathroom with large counter space, refrigerator mini and microwave in room on a large counter, LOCATION. The hotel location is great for the Bay Area in that there’s a free Emeryville shuttle called Emery-Go-Round which stops right outside hotel and takes you to BART station. It’s also great location because it’s surrounded by no less than 5 shopping centers, new and upscale right across the street. Movie theater, restaurants, groceries (Trader Joes), take out ( eg Togos and Chipotle, Burger King), etc. Would stay here again if in this area. The lobby staff varies from friendly and helpful to so-so. Great hotel experience all said. "

"I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at Bay Bridge Inn. Having stayed at a lot of very cheap motels, I was expecting sketchy characters, possibly a lot of noise, and overall gross-feeling accommodations. This was not the case here. The man at the front desk was very nice, quick and attentive. I didn't see or encounter any sketchy characters on the property whatsoever. The room was perfectly clean and I felt comfortable all around. The only downside of this motel that I can think of, is that it is in a somewhat unsavory part of Oakland, but I knew that coming in. I would absolutely stay here again."

"A perfect location for a relaxing vacation. The hosts were wonderful, too. The space was clean and had all the amenities needed for comfort. Taking leisurely walks to College Ave to shop and eat were added benefits to the location. Will definitely be back when we travel here again!"
