Great location! Walking distance from Las Ramblas, and Casa Batllo. Hop on and off tour buses starting routes are near by as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view from our balcony. Breakfast on terrace was nice.

My reason for 4 stars is only if you end up in certain rooms in the 5th floor. The property itself was lovely. Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Staff was very nice and welcoming. It is a very central location and we were able to walk to everything, with easy access to bus stops, subway, and taxis. There are 2 USB charging ports by the bed. The breakfast upstairs was wonderful. The balcony was spacious (not street side) and offered nice outdoor privacy. We couldn't hear the street sounds outside, but our room must have been right underneath the restaurant kitchen because there was constant banging/scraping sounds above us for all the hours the restaurant was open, which is most of the day from 7:30am-12:30am. My partner had a hard time sleeping all five nights we were there as a result (I wear headphones at night and didn't notice as much). That's why 4 stars for us instead of 5. If you don't end up in that room, or if you wear headphones/earplugs at night or aren't bothered by noises, I don't think you will have any problems, and I still recommend the stay because of how nice and convenient it is.

We loved our time here. Close to bus stations and metro. Food is fleury. Staff is so kind. Breakfast was SO YUMMY AND BIG! Clean hotel. Trust worthy too. I heard lots of things about Barcelona and were worried. Everything is in tact. Nice and kind people. We would want to stay here again if we are ever back in Barcelona. The bed and pillows were so comfy too! Did not want to wake up in the morning that’s how comfy and welcoming the bed was. Thank you Sonder!

One of the two elevators was not operating all week. The floors in the rooms were dirty. There is no lounge area to relax at in the hotel. The roof top area is only open during meals. Great location, but poorly maintained. Would not stay here again.

What an amazing place. Everything you could possibly need is at a 5 minute walk, max. Train bus stations, restaurants, clothing stores, convenience stores. And the best atmosphere. Wow. Highly recommend, especially for those coming from the US like myself. It’s a great home base and the staff are super helpful.

Room was clean and a decent size. Did expect it to be a little bigger but that’s fine! They have toiletries in the bathroom which is great. (Shampoo & shower gel). There is a water cooler on every floor which was great! They provided a carafe which was just perfect. Air con in the room worked really well. Right opposite a metro station which was perfect. The staff were lovely and very welcoming which was really important to us. Overall highly reccomend!

Very nice hotel! The only concern is some of rooms have shower and a toilet separately and it’s super inconvenient. Also the kettle was located on the table but there was no way to plug it in right there. I had to bring it by my bed side where the closest socket was in order to boil some water to make myself a tea. Other than that my stay was excellent. I really liked the size of rooms (changed two different rooms as I extended my stay). Even the small room felt like it had space and was perfect for solo travelers. Clean sheets, comfy bed, great location.
