Immeuble calme, un peu vieillot, parking dans la rue, appartement propre, placarts encombrés de vieilleries, belle vue sur les montagnes, manque quelques essentiels comme tire bouchon, ouvre boite, essoreuse salade, planche à découper, porte savon douche.
