Cheap flights from Newark to Cleveland
The Newark International Airport (EWR) can be accessed by Amtrak as well as the NJ Transit. Both meet up at the Newark Liberty station where direct passage to the airport can be arranged. Typical flight times are an hour to Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE) Airport. To get to the downtown area, take the RTA Redline. Shuttles, taxis and rental cars are also an option.
Attractions and Tips
The West Side Market provides an interesting look at the city with lots of local food items on hand at all times. For something a little more upscale, consider checking on show times for the Cleveland Orchestra at Severance Hall. When the weather is nice, get out and enjoy the Emerald Necklace, a great place to walk, bike or jog along a long string of parks and gardens.
