Manila's Chinatown district is packed with authentic Chinese shops, and its colorful ethnic shops and cafes attract many visitors.
The Malate District is the main tourist area of Manila, and although in places it can be earthy, it also is home to several of the most prominent universities in the city. Hints and tips
Temperatures in Manila are always hot, averaging above 85 degrees Fahrenheit at all times of the year, and sometimes exceeding 100 degrees. The real weather condition of note here though is the precipitation, which can be extremely heavy from May to December, often due to monsoon conditions.
