Cheap flights from Atlanta to Manila
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) can be reached via I-85, I-75 or I-285. Typical flight times from ATL to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) are 20 to 22 hours, but can exceed 24 hours depending on stops and airline.
After landing at MNL, the Metro Manila Skyway takes you north from the airport to Manila, while Taft Avenue will take you a bit closer to the city center.
Attractions and Tips
The Philippines' capital city has a great deal of mainstream attractions, including the National Museum of the Philippines, the Manila zoological and Botanical Garden, the Manila Ocean Park and the Museum of the Filipino People.
Religious scholars would be interested in San Sebastian Church, San Agustin Church and Quiapo Church.
Manila's tropical savanna climate means the city experiences a very small temperature range, from around 80 degrees average in January to 86 degrees in May. The rainy typhoon season is worst from May to November, with very little rainfall from January to April, making these months the best time to visit.
Do not be surprised if you see the locals wearing facemasks during the day hours, this is due to congestion and don’t be ashamed to wear one yourself if you need to.
