A Legend in the Making

Country singer and songwriter Jason Aldean was born Jason Aldine Williams in Macon, Georgia, in 1977. He spent his childhood between his hometown and Homestead, Florida, where his father moved after his parents separated. It was during these summers in the Sunshine State that Aldean's father taught him how to play the guitar. He quickly fell for country music and by the age of 14 was singing in local gigs and talent contests. Following high school graduation, with his father as his booking agent, Jason Aldean cheap tickets began selling throughout the Southeast. This was when Aldean began writing his own songs and at the age of 21 he moved to Nashville, Tennessee. But, struggling to secure a record label, the musician nearly gave up until he was noticed by independent label Broken Bow Records, which ended up releasing his debut album, Jason Aldean, in 2005.

Aldean's debut album released a No. 4 hit with "Amarillo Skies," which earned 2006 ACM nominations for Song of the Year and Video of the Year. Popular hit singles include "She's Country," "Laughed Until We Cried," "Dirt Road Anthem," "Big Green Tractor" and "My Kinda Party." "Burnin' It Down," off his latest album, topped the charts and went Platinum just nine weeks after its release, making it the fastest selling single of 2014. In 2005, Aldean took home his first hard-earned award, Top New Male Vocalist, at the Academy of Country Music Awards. Although he was nominated for countless accolades over the next few years, he didn't secure another award until 2011 when My Kinda Party won Album of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards. That same year he took home six awards at the American Country Awards, and in 2015 he was named Male Vocalist of the Year at the ACM Awards. In 2019 the 13-time ACM winner took home perhaps one of his biggest awards yet, the Artist of the Decade Award.

Inspired by Legends

When Aldean was first learning to play guitar, his favorite tunes included Hank Williams Jr.'s "The Blues Man," George Strait's "The Cowboy Rides Away" and Alabama's "My Home's in Alabama." While he says that Alabama has been his biggest influence over the years, Ronnie Milsap, Tim McGraw and Garth Brooks have all inspired his music and performing career as well. Aldean's first tour was with Lady Antebellum in 2008, and since then he's toured with many other big-name, talented country stars as well, making cheap tickets hard to come by. Brooks & Dunn, Dierks Bentley, Rascal Flats, Taylor Swift, Eric Church and Luke Bryan are among the others he's toured with, and he even joined Kenny Chesney's Big Revival Tour in 2015.

The Ride All Night Tour

Alongside some of the top rising stars in country music, Aldean toured the United States from April to September of 2019. The tour had stops around the country including at famed festivals such as Stagecoach and Tortuga Music Festival, as well as in major cities like Cincinnati, St. Louis, Boston and Chicago.

We Back Tour

While still touring on his The Ride All Night Tour, Aldean announced that fans could expect new music out of him before the end of the year. On November 22, 2019 he released his studio album 9, and to much excitement from fans, alongside the album came a 2020 tour. The We Back Tour kicked off in Columbia, SC on January 30th at the Colonial Life Arena. Lasting nearly three months, the tour had stops in Orlando, Oklahoma City, Madison, and Saint Paul. Alongside Aldean on the stage were Morgan Wallen, Riley Green and Dee Jay Silver.
