Finding Inspiration in Tragedy
Growing up in North Carolina, Chase Rice was the epitome of a Southern boy – he played football and liked fast cars, leading to his joining a race car pit crew after college. In fact, it wasn't until he was at college that he picked up the guitar, inspired by his father to learn to sing as well. After his father passed away, Chase Rice picked up his life and moved to Nashville in full pursuit of a musical career. His debut album, Friday Nights & Sunday Mornings, was released in 2010 and included a moving tribute to his dad. As he continued to prolifically released music, his talent began to attract the attention of listeners and other artists. He co-wrote Florida Georgia Line's hit single "Cruise" and toured with country juggernauts Kenny Chesney and Dierks Bentley. In 2014 he released Ignite the Night, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart.
A Man of Many Talents
Prior to breaking in to his music career, Chase Rice was a football linebacker for the University of North Carolina. Unfortunately, he did not pursue an NFL career due to injury, but his luck soon turned around as he was catapulted into making music. Chase may have even been a familiar face to audience members, as he was a cast member on the show Survivor: Nicaragua. He was able to capture a small fanbase before even giving us his incredible music. His hard work payed off through the years, as his first number one hit on Country Radio “Eyes On You”, made it to the top on May 6th, 2019 for two weeks.
With his focus on crafting a charismatic, fan-focused live performance, Chase Rice concerts are a wild good time. Pick up your cheap Chase Rice tickets here to party with one of country music's rising stars!
