We had numerous problems with key cards not working. We had to go to the registration building three times for different keys, and they still didn’t work. Finally, security came to let us in - but we had to wait until the next morning to get yet another set of keycards. (And then had to wait for yet another set of cards since this 4th set didn’t work either.) It was very disappointing.

The room was wonderful, very spacious and clean. The indoor pool was great. The staff at the welcome center across from check in were extremely pushy and giving false information. I was looking for a relaxing weekend with my family and I had to deal with them multiple times and each time I got different information. Getting harassed on vacation is my no idea of relaxing.

Poor parking conditions, staff checked me out when they were asked to just send a receipt, so they sent a security officer to my room ringing the doorbell, pounding of the door and then they called on the phone. I was in bed sleeping when all this happened. On the day I was scheduled to check out they were doing the same thing at 1030 when check out time was 1100. It is not a true extended stay hotel; you have to move to a different room every 28 days. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

From Security to Front Desk/Reception to Concierge, the Staff was very courteous, friendly, and efficient. The amenities and room was superb. The grounds manicured and well cared for. A ton of activities scheduled and available. I would recommend this place to anyone. Definitely worth a return visit.
