Rooms were clean and staff was nice but walls are so thin all we heard was people talking, walking and everything in between all night. Doors in rooms don’t soft close so you hear and feel slams the whole time from other rooms around you. Needed to download a loud white noise app just to sleep.

I was happy to stay in this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and later the fitness center. The pool however was not really accessible as it was closed requiring one to sign in for access at the front desk. That was odd.

The room was clean and the staff was great! we needed extra towels brought up, and they came immediately. The towels also didn't smell like that weird detergent. they just smelled clean and fresh! I also have to mention that the pillows are better than most hotels I've stayed in. I'm used to them looking super full and going super plat when you play on them. the pillows here kept their form and were very comfy. The hotel also offers breakfast which is a huge plus! would definitely book here again.

The 2 dbl beds was spacious and clean! Actually, the whole place is clean and very presentable. The included breakfast (continental) is a nice touch. 6-minute ride to Metro North station (to/from NYC Grand Central). I highly recommend!

Smooth checkin Nice staff. Very clean, safe and quiet which is most important to me. Breakfast did have a good variety but all seem pre cooked or recooked. Can’t be too picky since it’s “free” but overall, this is my go-to hotel when traveling to NY. Def will be back.
