"Great location. Very quiet although near heavy traffic area.All systems worked as designed. Easy check in. Extra computer monitor was very useful as it could be connected to a small screen laptop. Floors and countertops could be a little cleaner. Overall, a very pleasant stay. "

Not sure how hotels should handle this but they need to put more policies in place which require parents to take more accountability. "

"The poolside double queen rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was fun with friendly staff who were very accommodating, including Romero who served us in our cabana, the front desk staff and lifeguards. The lazy river was clutch during a relatively chilly school vacation week in February. Our 4 grandchildren, ages 6-12 loved it, along with the pool, water slides and outdoor movies on the weekend. The outdoor seating at the Desert Pearl restaurant was pleasant for our party of 10 and there were great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed a day at the nearby Living Desert Zoo. Angela, the activities assistant, was most helpful in planning our 5 day stay. Overall a really great experience. "

"Host was very welcoming. We lost our passcode and they helped us out tremendously. The space was small but it had enough room for our huge amount of luggage. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We greatly appreciated the location where we could get a meal at a close by street of nice restaurants."
