The property was nice, they were updating parts of the hotel. Our room needed to be updated and there were data cables hanging from the ceiling. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast were good. The pool had an issue, so it was closed our entire stay. Which was a bummer since it was 105 each day. You do have to pay for parking, that is self serve.

There was hair on toilet and bathroom sink and on the bed cover. The bed cover and duvet also had stains on them. I made for an uncomfortable stay.

My stay here was good. I was in town for work and just stayed one night. I love to stay at Embassy Suites because they always have a good complimentary happy hour and continental breakfast which is really nice. The staff was nice. No complaints at all.

We had some issues with our room including very loud noise from the AC fan and clogged toilet. The staff at the front desk was inconsistent with their information regarding when maintenance would be on site and couldn't offer any other solution to being unable to use our bathroom besides "sorry, you booked this with a 3rd party". Very unprofessional.

In regard to staff!! Everyone I had an interaction with was amazing. Especially the gentleman that puts out the items for breakfast. But the room do need a little bit of an update, and the kept getting a random sulfur smell from time to time.
