We paid $27 a dish for four cheese ravioli. We little received 6 ravioli each. I wish i had taken a picture. No salad to bread. Just a dish of 6 ravioli each. We had to pay to park at the hotel. Our bathroom ceiling was leaking. We called the desk around 8 and then told them again when we checked out and they acted like no big deal. The bead and pillows were amazing!

I loved the shuttle service..needed to go to a store within a 2 mile radius and they gave me a ride there & back.. I missed not having a microwave or free breakfast included.

When I checked into the hotel, I walked into the room and immediately noticed it was hot and smelt like sewage. I looked at the temperature and it was 78° and was set at 65°, I felt the AC vent and there was hot air blowing out. I went downstairs and spoke to the clerk, and he advised there was nothing he could do, and could provide 1 fan. He also advised since this was booked through Expedia, there would be no compensation given. The hotel room reminded at 78° all night, we eventually left after a few hours as it was miserable. The hotel staff was less than helpful. I am looking for full compensation for this stay, as I would have been better off sleeping in the parking lot.
