We chose this hotel because it is pet-friendly, has an electric vehicle charger in the nearby parking garage and is close to Raymond James Stadium. I was concerned about noise because it is across the street from Tampan International Airport but noise wasn't an issue. The room and breakfast buffet were very good.

I got to the hotel at 9:30 and showered at10pm… The Shampoo Bottle was empty, the lotion bottle was empty and the Tissue box was empty. No point calling front desk to tell them at that time of the night Very disappointed!

The night clerk was really awful (I checked in after midnight-- he was not happy to help me). The day people were better. The bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. It is a property in need of a facelift. Parking was miserable to locate and use. The hotel is hard to find. I would not stay here again.

The room was fine. The parking was very limited so I had to park in the parking garage. The breakfast was so so. The turkey sausage was terrible and tasted like cardboard. Bacon would have been a nice alternative option.
