"I had a really rough day prior to arriving to the hotel. The guy who checked me in was very accommodating and was happy to help, made me feel at home. I wanted to thank him but there were other people at reception by the time I left the room. Facilities was amazing, although the phone was not working in my room - I mean minor technical issues the staff was happy to note it down for maintenance but I was leaving the next day so it didn’t really matter after that. The gym was superb and well the area too. It was the break I needed before going back to London. Thank you team, you’ve been amazing."
