Excellent Location - within minutes of the centre Don't be fooled by the outside which isn't a pretty building, inside is wonderful with the nautical theme Very impressed at what we got for a great price - AND free parking was a great bonus We shall return !

Lovely place with friendly staff. The bar was under staffed so service was slow. Restaurant food was excellent and very efficient. Great city centre hotel with free secure parking.
We stayed here while visiting family and went to the Christmas Market. The location is excellent for access to the city, very near to the railway station and a short walk to the city centre. Hotel price includes 24 hours of free parking in a secure maned car park attached to the hotel. There is a lovely cocktail bar in the hotel which has a happy hour (2 hours) every evening. Breakfast team were fantastic and we had a very nice breakfast. All in all an excellent stay.

Great restaurant.
This is a great place to stay and the restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful. There are great offers on food and drink. The only problem I had this time was it was cold. The heating kept turning off.

Lovely staff at reception, the cove and car park attendant. Great location, didn’t find it particularly noisy. Great restaurant and bar. Staff always smiling and happy. Would stay again but the mattress was past its best and needs changing

Great hotel near station
Lovely hotel, very clean, staff friendly and helpful. We upgraded to an executive room and were very pleased with how spacious it was, having a separate sitting room, which also had a sofa bed. Perfect location for us as we arrived in Liverpool at Lime Street station and the hotel is just around the corner from the station. A tip if you do go by train, when you walk off the platform, turn right and go out of the side exit, then turn right again and the hotel is a short walk up the hill. Don't exit the station by the main front exit/entrance, or you will have to walk all the way down and round which is alot further. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk into town and about a 25 minute walk to the docks. Would recommended.

Absolutely great hotel
Really love this hotel. Dont judge book by its cover as it is a 1960s monstrosity building. Inside it is great and the staff re so friendly and ultra helpful
