Lovely clean big room. Very comfy bed and choicd of pillows! Great breakfast - loved the pancake machine. Great location for AO Arena and lots of food options around. Definitely will book again.

The reason i marked this hotel low was due to orginally booked because we was going to a concert in the area .The concert was cancelked so I asked if i could move the booking to another date which they wouldnt let us do . Very disapointing and would think about booking with this company again .

Firstly the location is brill! Just a short walk to the Arndale & Print works. We walked from Piccadilly Station which was about 20mins. We had arrived early but the hotel kindly looked after our bags until check in. First impression as you walk in the door is a very friendly, clean & inviting reception area. The room was spotless & the sofa bed was already made up. Breakfast was plentiful & hot which was lovely as sometimes self service breakfast can be cold. Overall would recommend & would definitely stay again. 10/10.

The room was excellent, clean and perfect for our needs. We only stayed for 1 night for a theatre visit but staff could not have been better. From check in to check out and the breakfast service the service couldn't have been better. Every member of staff was courteous, smiling and extremely accommodating. I only gave 5 stars because the system doesn't allow for more 😊
