9.0 stars was why I choose here but I regret it.
The female who checked me in was awesome and very accomodating. The wing I stayed in was suppose to be the new wing but it didn't look at all like that. The room was musty and the shower head had only one strength for the water flow - strong. The lightening in room was dim as there was no overhead fixture just lamps at the four corners. I didn't really enjoy my experience with my family and wouldn't stay here again. The only good thing was that the parking was free and had a good complimentary breakfast. Also to get from my wing to the front desk is a maze unless you stayed at property before.

As always, you guys are excellent. Only one small feedback i have was the tub/shower was dirty and filled with some bark. Im pretty sure the previous person staying in the room was cleaning off their shoes and never cleaned up the mess. Not at all the staffs fault, they didn't make the mess.

Nice convention center-type place with in-house restaurant (complimentary breakfast is the real thing!), friendly staff, easy parking, and the feel of a high-end facility (fluffy robe and locking safe in the closet). It was surprising to me then that there were zero USB charging ports in the room. A couple outlet extenders with USB ports would be a relatively inexpensive and simple update. This is not a deal breaker -- just surprising. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for one night and was very impressed with the quality and price. Our room was spacious and had great amenities. I appreciated the balcony, the separate sink in the fridge/microwave area, coffee options, comfy bed, blackout curtains. The breakfast that was included was actually delicious! Onsite restaurant had very friendly staff and a good variety of quality options. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was not overly friendly and not very informative. We booked through Orbitz and were unaware that when you do so, you are not given breakfast vouchers and required to pay separately. The property however, was beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant staff was not very professional but the food was very good.

The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Parking is well lit and close to the room. Max restaurant is excellent and the food and service is beyond par. The free breakfast is either a buffet or cook to order and is way beyond any Best Western, Hilton, or La Qunita offering.
