Staff was so friendly and fast. Property was clean and well maintained. You can just tell it's older, so you know. But if you're looking for somewhere clean and safe in Orlando to sleep and you don't plan on spending much time in the hotel. This is perfect.

It was definitely worth $60. The rooms are very small, kinda smelly, tv is annoying and there's no tub. Just a very small bathroom with a shower. The AC also makes a ton of noise.

The room was ok. The location was good. I dropped my white undershirt on the floor. When I picked it up there was a wad of hair on it that was not mine. That was an isolated instance otherwise the room seemed clean. The shower was a bit strange almost like a capsule. It was inconvenient that the third floor can only be accessed by elevator. The one positive that stood out to me was the water pressure in the shower.

First we typically stay at a Marriott property, so trying to be unbiased. We were looking for a cheap long weekend and went off the normal path. This is a very basic hotel, fairly clean, friendly and safe. I’ll only say you get what you pay for.

Everything works as it should. The bathroom is clean. And the room itself was well maintained. The owner actually took time to talk to me and was a very friendly individual. They offer a valuable product for a little price. This will be our new go to coming to the parks

When my party and I walked in, we were instantly greeted with a clean smell. There was no bugs or mold to be found anywhere. The front desk was really kind and helpful. My friends and I were there for a total of 7 days and would definitely return. The beds were comfortable, within walking distance of 7-eleven and McDonald's. The only thing that held me back from giving 5 stars was the second night we were there, we were woken up by a blaring alarm. We opened the door and the front desk attendant told me that there was no fire, so we waited in the room a couple more minutes before cracking the door open again and seeing the rest of the hotel piling out of the main entrance. We started making our way down when we looked to the left and saw a small ocean forming outside a room down the hall as a sprinkler was supposedly malfunctioning. But would definitely stay again

Off the beaten path with not many dining options. No maid service unless requested and no breakfast even though there is a dining area. None of this was a big deal for us but families might want more conveniences. In spite of quite a few negative reviews it was clean and the beds were comfortable and that’s all we needed
