Beds hard as a rock. They rent the pool out in the mornings to outsiders for classes. Quiet time is at 12. Outdoor party was loud. Restaurant was out of certain foods on the menu. To get drinks is a slow poke service. Won't be back.

Very nice staff but my key kept locking me out and no plugs for bathroom sink or tub. Otherwise I had a surprisingly quiet room given it is at a very busy intersection.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, las piezas tienen lo justo y necesario. Segunda vez que vamos, la vez pasada nos fuimos con muy buena impresion. Sin embargo, esta vez el personal no fue muy amable. A la hora del check in en la recepcion no nos trataron bien. Para enmender nos dieron un upgrade de las piezas, pero la recepcionaste no fue amoroso para intentar darnos un early check in dado que estabamos con un bebe.

I went to have my wedding and San Miguel dee and this is where we decided to stay because I have a really large family and everybody wanted to be around each other. It was a perfect location 10 minute walk to the church in five minute walk to Instituto perfect place to stay if you are visiting Samuel Pool is a plus the room was really clean. The only thing I wish was that it’s a little dark the entire hotel. It was a great experience.

Room had a weird smell, not too bad but noticeable. The second day I had no hot water and the only thing they offered to make it up was to give me late check out until they solved the issue. I had no time since I had to leave already so couldn't take a shower. They did not try their best to solve the issue or at least make it up somehow.

Front desk lady is uptight, they need more people service genuine attitude. Best to book via Expedia their hotel rates are expensive. They say pool is warm but is not if days are rainy or cold. Pool area is not safe for kids, the filter covers are broken or not around. My son fall on it and got big scratch and hit. Told the waiter and he didn’t care. I have pictures
