"The staff where very friendly and prompt to assist with anything we may need The property is en perfect condition the owners took care of every little detail all around the hotel from reception to hallways to rooms and bathroom been far away from home it make us feel very welcome I am convince you won’t find many places like this in the area Sadly enough the hotel need a restaurant where you can have a small dinner after a long day hiking "

"Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. Marilia, the receptionist was awesome and made sure we were comfortable throughout our 5 night stay there. Victor, another receptionist, ran to the office of our tour company at 3AM in the morning to check if they were open as our Rainbow Mountain trip was cancelled. We are especially grateful to Leo, the chef at their in house restaurant for taking extra care in preparing meals four our daughter with serious food allergies. She was very happy and felt safe eating here. All the meals we had were delicious and we enjoyed dining here most nights. Breakfast was also superb! Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay special! Would go there again when we visit Cusco again! "
