The beds are very confortable and the rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has 24-hour reception and is situated in the hypercenter, very close to the 12-stone wall.

Hotel excelente e bem localizado. Muito perto da plaza de armas, com uma vista espetacular (ficamos no último andar). Os funcionários são acolhedores, o café da manhã é excelente, pretendemos voltar em Cusco e certamente escolheremos o mesmo hotel.

The location of this mom and pop hotel is fantastic, very close to Plaza de Armas. The staff is very helpful and attentive and will make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. It was very easy to book a trip to Machu Picchu through the hotel and it went off without a hitch. The view from our room was amazing (see photo)

Casa Mayte is a beautiful quaint hotel in the heart of Cusco! The staff is wonderful and the hotel itself is gorgeous, the only but we have is that there’s no noise cancellations in the room! You can hear everything outside your room 😅

Lights and noise start at 4 AM and do not stop. If you try to nap during the afternoon, don’t be surprised if the hotel personnel wake you up with full-volume music. Avoid if you plan on sleeping.

Great service, Francis went above and beyond helping me booking my tours to assure I enjoyed my stay. She was very kind and friendly with all her guest. I highly recommended this place to choose for a place to stay during your vacation in cuscu. Francis the manager of the property was very nice and helpful in every way possible, she managed to booked my tours and I am so glad I did with her because I heard from other tourists that booked with other people how disappointed they were. That was definitely not my case, from transportation to food, Francis was the best to help. I saw her kindness with all her guests. I highly recommend her hotel. Thanks so much for everything Francis!!!!!!🙏 muchas gracias por todo. Usted siempre fue muy atenta en todo, yo definitivamente recomiendo el hotel casa de Mayte como el mejor lugar de Cusco!!!!
