incredible hotel, so much history and decor is above. we stayed here directly after finishing our 5 day trek to machu pichu and it was a TREAT. we did book ourselves the presidential suite so i feel like staff treated us a little more nicer because of that but everyone was so kind. the room was STUNNING and that courtyard was incredible - having breakfast their in the am felt like royalty. showers were awesome, i wish the tub was a little more of a ~ tub ~ but it was just a classic one you find in the average house. all the beauty products provided were great.

Attended international SKÅL CONFERENCE ONLY NEGATIVE was Rm 117 no where to hang WET TOWELS left on the counter and they kept replacing them. No one replaces towels at home everyday or sheets every second day…waste of water, time and money. If towels are not on the floor they ar CLEAN. PLEASE INSTALL HOOKS SO PEOPLE CAN HANG UP TOWRLS….THERE IS LOTS OF WALL SPACE…because it’s not eco friendly …it really bothered me. Otherwise our stay was excellent ..tamara macIntosh

This was an experience like no other and exceptional in every way. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The building itself is like a museum (it actually was until the 1970s!) so expect to see genuine historical art on the walls, remnants of Inka stonework, original colonial architecture. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast lunch or dinner. We only stayed one night here for my birthday and the hotel sent up a birthday cake to the room!! I was blown away. I’ve never paid this much for a room in my life but it was 100% worth the price point. If they offer you a discounted upgrade, take it!! I’ve never been in such an opulent room and the name of the hotel is apt - Inka Palace - I felt like royalty. Handy to know: the hotel is steps from some excellent shops, ruins and restaurants. There is an ATM in the lobby and the front desk will break large notes for you. Absolutely exceptional. When I’m next in Cusco I will definitely be back! Hopefully for a longer stay!!

Beautiful Hotel

A beautiful hotel in a prime location, near shopping and dining. The staff here is the best I have ever encountered with. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I used it as a base for many hiking excursions so I didn’t get to utilize all the amenities they have . Only about a 20 minute ride to airport
