Great stay on the Riverwalk. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of choices. We stayed in a suite with kitchen, fridge, dishes/silverware-everything you’d need to eat there. Bathroom was nice and big with room for toiletries at the sink. Bed was comfy and it was nice to have a couch and sitting area. Pool was awesome for an afternoon cool down swim!

Checked in at the hotel. Keys didn't work. The front desk was nice enough to see if they could find another room while they waited for maintenance. Key was fixed not too long after maintenance finally arrived. Was not happy that the door for the restroom was a sliding door and had gaps that you could see through.

The property and location great.You can easily walk to plenty of dining and shopping. The property and rooms are updated and nice. Our only problem was we waited an hr to check in and the room we reserved was not the room we ended up in which was disappointing because we were looking forward to the Riverwalk balcony experience. The room was clean but had pillows with a funky smell to them. So we didn’t use them. But overall it’s a nice hotel

Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us great recommendations about restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was spacious, well appointed, and clean with a nice view of the Riverwalk. Breakfast was decent, but limited. I wish they had more options. The hotel is in the heart of the city and very walkable, convenient to local attractions including the Alamo and the Riverwalk. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location.
