I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. Special shout out to Joseph, the front desk night shift employee, willing to go above and beyond to help manage my stay. The place was clean and well-maintained; there were gates and doors that needed key cards to access the property's interior and the rooms, which made us feel safer. A free standard breakfast buffet from 7-9 am and a single laundry and washing machine downstairs that was open for use to guests. My only issue was that my room wifi was abysmal on the 3rd floor (I can't speak for the other floors), rendering internet usage fairly minimal. I read other comments that mentioned crickets and roaches on the property. I didn't notice any in our room or the hallways, but the front desk did mention that this time of year, the crickets can be found all over the property. It wasn't a bother for us, but I can see it being a nuisance for some.

Perfect for our stay in Austin. We had a rental car and were easily able to get to attractions such as Terry Blacks and to see the bats. Absolutely loved the courtyard area with the pool

Funky Austin hotel 👍
Great funky hotel, we loved the pool area. $10 in an Uber to 6th street. We would stay again. Coffee mahine in reception. Breakfast was hit and miss, they had run out of most things but what they brought out was nice. Bumblebee statue outside , no idea why but we took a selfie anyway!
