The couch where we were sleeping in was very uncomfortable you could feel the wires. I was only given a sheet to put on mattress. When I asked for blanket they said no. Also the room smelled and was very humid.

This hotel definetly needs a upgrade. Everything looks old. Morning breakfast is not that good. AC was not working properly.Its not worth for 200$ per night stay.I will not recommend this hotel for a family stay

Staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Clean amenities and adequate breakfast. Very close to the Riverwalk, the Alamo, San Antonio Zoo, SeaWorld, and more! Would stay here again.

This Holiday Inn is a bit dated. The elevator is extremely slow, better to take the stairs. The room…The floor was a bit sticky and the room itself had a stale odor to it that was persistent. Don’t know if it was the carpet or the a/c filters but it was bad.

This property is NOT at the river walk. It was dirty, the water did not get hot, the phone in the room didn’t even work to call the front desk and when I talked to someone they did nothing. Will never stay here again.

Thanks to the front desk I think she was from India, she was so sweet and nice too. We only have something that I know it depends the bank but we are still waiting for the deposit. There was ticks all over the bed good thing I woke up and seen them at 3am. Very nasty, never staying at a holiday inn again. The pictures were documented by the front desk.
