Awesome hotel and facilities… we enjoyed our stay and would love to go back to San Antonio and this hotel. The hotel is a historic bank building and it made us feel like we lived partly in those times. The river walk was easily accessible through the hotel. There were good breakfast options and evening refreshments were available for guests. Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean .

The stay was excellent, I always love to stay at the Drury, this stay they so happened to have rekey the whole building and upon our return back to the bldg our key did not work, it was dark and no one was answering the call button and we had an issue with a homeless guy yelling at the back door. But other than that our stay was beautiful.

Loved my stay! The hotel is beautiful! The pool and hot tub on roof top was the highlight of my stay! Breakfast is great! Homelessness on the Riverwalk seems to be getting worse. Which this is not the hotels fault but it’s just everywhere not only at this hotel.

Valet parking issue: Valet could not locate our vehicle. 3 different employees looked at the issue. We waited for 1.5 hours for the staff to tell us it was located with out an explanationon what happened!!

It was awesome the only thing is that it is a smoke free hotel but when I booked a room on the 16th floor as I got off the elevator it smells like cigarette smoke and a light smell of cigarettes inside my hotel room

My favorite hotel
Thank you for the breakfast and dinner options. We enjoyed happy hour very much. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the two pool locations, especially the rooftop pool. The whole experience at your hotel was pleasant, comfortable, and happy! I have a new favorite hotel now. Thank you!

Let Down
Check in took over 30 minutes to complete. Individual at desk was less then helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. However after returning form to the hotel at 1140 we went to the bar to grab a drink before bed. Because the line was long the bartender wouldn't serve us because it was close to midnight, however he did serve other after us. We stay in SA about four times a year and I don't believe I will be going back to this hotel.
