"Excellent Hotel warm and welcoming and clean and instantly was delighted We were staying here with the look of the Entrance and the Room had everything We needed.This is now My favourite Hotel.The People who Work here are outstanding.Thank You.Hal at Reception is an absolute Credit to the Hotel and exactly the type of Person who Guests are expecting and hoping there is if We need something Hal is exactly this Person as He is understanding polite and efficient and nothing is any bother it reminds Us of the good in People and to Book again.We stayed extra Nights and have recommended to Others.Thanks to the others at Reception they are excellent too and to the HouseKeeping and those who are doing such a good Job with the Breakfast.The Location is great and near for Train and Bus and Airport and Shops."

"Check in was easy, we arrived early but our room wasnt ready but the were able to keep our luggage for us. On return we were checked in quickly and also gifted some drinks vouchers to use during our stay. Everyone was lovely and helpful. And the reception smells amazing!"

"Grand Central Hotel is infamous….it’s next to the train station. The hotel was ideal for our stay. It’s a shame that there are beggars as you go into the train station, this can be off putting, but there are not many, if any main train stations in the world which don’t have this kind of problem.
