I booked two rooms. You guys Expedia, didn’t sent both of the reservations over. Had to book the second reservation again. They charge me 13$ more. My card has been charged 4 times and I won’t see my refund for 1 to 2 weeks. Wrost website ever. Never going to book though Expedia again

The room could have been cleaned up better .. in The hallways there were a lot of leaves and dirt. We got in late and our phone rang but we couldn’t answer it so I used my cell to call the front desk where they said they were testing the phone!? I ended up unplugging it cause they called three other times which was also weird.
This is what I could see from unplugging the broken non stop ringing phone

Love to stay here if we have an early flight because of the great shuttle service, clean, quiet rooms and the dining options. New Indian cuisine restaurant is great and the delicious cheeseburgers and fries and a brew are always great in the pub. Staff is always nice and friendly.

Upon arrival the staff wasn’t very nice. Morning of check out I asked if I would be able to do a late checkout. They said they only grant 5 and those were taken. Basically “get up earlier if you want a late checkout”. They said we could have until 11:30 and would tell housekeeping. Housekeeping tried to enter at 11:05. I’ve worked in a hotel before so I know that flips take some time. However, if you only have a limited number of late check outs, then when guests ask the night before, you should take those requests then as opposed to in the morning. That way from staff to guests, everyone knows what’s happening in the morning.
