Love staying here always. Love the Nuggets Restaurants, the Bingo, Keno and Slots Love. The Floor Staff are always Very Nice and Efficient. The Bus Station is right next to the Parking area and we use a lot when not using Lyft. Love the Entertainment too. AND the Weekend Bloody Mary Cart is a Must!! Coffee Pot is Extra $$ and needs to be a request, but I always go to STarbucks or the restaurants anyway. Note: No matter when you need your room attended to, supplies, or other… Just call Housekeeping and we got it!

⭐ Pros • The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was great for sleeping. • The restaurants were enjoyable. I tried the oyster bar menu, and the fish and chips were delicious at a reasonable price. • Some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. ⚠️ Cons • The building is old (built in 1955) and appears to need renovation; it’s unclear how many times it has been updated. • I felt something bit my feet during the night; possibly a bed bug, though I didn’t see any signs on the mattress. • One front desk staff member was rude and dismissive when I reported a safety concern about someone riding a bicycle on the skywalk. • A truck was parked in a compact space, making it difficult to access my car. 💭 Overall Impression While the food and room were nice, the building’s age, maintenance issues, and inconsistent staff attitude made my stay less pleasant. I’m unsure if I’d choose to stay here again.

This used to be the best place in Sparks, Nevada. The previous owner took great pride in it. The new owners simply see it as a cash machine. It is run down and not well maintained. What a shame to lose such a great owner to shameless money grabbers.
