This new 1,120 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in Pier 57, a new lifestyle building in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The apartment is less than a 3-minute walk from the beach. This apartment on the 2nd floor (7 stories in the building) has an open-plan kitchen and living room. We have the best rooftop pool with panoramic views, delicious cocktails, and luxurious tanning beds.
The space
This state-of-the-art flex apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests with two flex bedrooms which can be opened and closed easily with sliding pocket doors. There is a full-size washer and dryer equipped with detergent. We offer Nest AC throughout the apartment.

PIER 208 features two adaptable bedrooms. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, equipped with a luxurious king-size bed and sophisticated furnishings. The second bedroom, featuring two twin beds, offers a comfortable and flexible space, suitable for additional guests or family members. Both bedrooms can be transformed into private, enclosed spaces with the effortless use of sliding doors, providing versatility to suit your living preferences.
It also features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware. We also provide olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, kitchen towels, and paper towels.
Each bedroom in PIER 208 comes with its bathroom, ensuring that privacy and convenience are maintained for all guests. These bathrooms are elegantly designed, complete with high-quality fixtures and luxurious amenities like L'Occitane cosmetics, adding a touch of French indulgence to your daily routine.
Unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and the city. Sunken lounge area with fire pits and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It’s perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym.
The building has 24-hour security staff.
Located on the 2nd floor of the PIER 57 building, PIER 208 offers guests easy access to shared amenities such as a gym, a rooftop pool, and communal lounge areas, enhancing the convenience and enjoyment of your stay. The condo's position in the building strikes the perfect balance between privacy and accessibility to these facilities.
The building also offers a gym, pool, bar, and rooftop terrace.
For your comfort also, we work in the area from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays. Anything you need we will be ready to quickly assist you!
Important Notes:
*SECURITY DEPOSIT
-On arrival, we ask for a $1,000 USD security deposit, refundable at check out in case of no damages (It has to be done at check-in with a physical credit card), otherwise, we send the confirmation email with the pre-check-in form and can be paid online. (Both methods will be returned 3 days after checkout.)
-PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS: Allowed on the property (small or medium size, $120 USD Pet Fee per stay).
CHECK-IN: 3 pm,
All pertinent information regarding the door code, WIFI, etc. will be provided via email on the day of the check-in. If you want early check-in please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for early check-in.
-Face-to-face or virtual check-in is available to you, you will choose this through your guest portal upon booking your reservation with us.
Face-to-face includes you contacting us and telling us when you will be arriving at the property so that we may greet you in the lobby.
-You will sign an agreement to follow the rules of the building, this is mandatory.
-We will take you to your apartment and answer any questions you may have. If you would like we will also give you a tour of the rooftop pool area.
Virtual includes that you can arrive anytime after 3 pm.
-When you arrive in the lobby you will be required to sign an agreement to the rules of the building.
-Then you may go to your apartment which is accessed via doorcode.
All pertinent information regarding the door code, WIFI, etc. will be provided via email on the day of the check-in.
CLEANING: Daily cleaning is included in your reservation.
-The cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. You need to schedule your cleaning through your guest portal or by contacting us directly.
-Cleaning is not available on Sundays or holidays.
-Cleaning services include: making the beds, sweeping and mopping the unit, programming the dishwasher (dishes should be inside), and providing clean towels.
-Cleaning does not include kitchen cleaning.
-If you would like the housekeepers to clean the kitchen or wash the dishes it has an extra cost of $50 USD per day.
-Dirty dishes or kitchen after check out will be an additional cost.
-Any extra cleaning service that you might need during your stay can be provided for an extra fee, just ask in advance.
-If the apartment is left extra dirty there will be an extra fee applied after check out dependent upon how long it takes for the cleaning team to return the apartment to its normal state.
AMENITIES
-We provide some courtesy drinks upon arrival (you can find them inside the fridge) they are free and they are only provided once at check-in.
-We provide L’Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion as a courtesy during your stay. Please don’t take the amenities at your checkout otherwise you will be charged per bottle.
-We provide five-star hotel towels and bed linen for your comfort if we find stains that cannot be removed or any of those missing we will charge the cost of each object as new to replace it.
CHECK OUT: 11 am
All pertinent information regarding the checkout will be provided via email one day before the checkout. If you want a late check out please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for late checkout.
-At your check-out, we will ensure that everything is correct at the apartment (this means there are no damages or missing objects), that’s why we ask you to respect your check-out time, otherwise, if you leave the flat and we find anything unusual, we will charge through your reservation.
-Our check-out time is at 11 a.m. If you need more time please get in touch with someone from the team to check if it’s possible. Late checkout has an extra cost through your guest portal.
If you leave the unit after 11 a.m. without notice we will apply a penalty fee.
VISITS
-Visitors are allowed, but only two people at a time.
-Visitors cannot stay at night to sleep.
-Visitors should be authorized before arrival. Please send us an email or message with the following information: Your name, Number of apartment, Name of visitors, and time of arrival.
-Visitors should respect the condo rules.
-If you have more than two people visiting without permission, we will apply a penalty fee.
GENERAL
-Parties are strictly prohibited.
-Volume of music should be kept at a low level.
-We reserve the right to evict any guest who does not comply with the rules of the unit. We also reserve the right to fine for inappropriate behavior.

We are available from 9 am to 6 pm for any questions or concerns you may have. In case of a water leak, fire, or other emergencies please call us or the local authorities as you see fit.
Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.
If you require Airport transportation we have a suburban available for $72 USD. You can book this service from your portal.
You can also reserve for 50 USD our private parking from your portal (50 USD for all your stay, 24/7 Security )
