I am very disappointed in this hotel. The room is horrible. The AC was so loud I couldn’t sleep and it didn’t cool the room adequately. The temperature stayed at 24 degrees! We had 3 guests and only were given two towels for the shower no face cloths. The music by the pool was obnoxious. There are not enough loungers by the pool.. and what few there were, had people’s things strewn all over them so you couldn’t use them. I stayed only 1 night and checked in somewhere else the next day. Also there were Pigeons everywhere including inside the restaurants ATM on site didn’t work. Hotel would not give me a refund for two nights that I didn’t stay. I immediately requested a partial refund only an hour after I checked in and was told I had to contact Expedia. Expedia took 24 hours to get back to me only to tell me the hotel refused a refund. Save yourself a ruined trip and go somewhere else.

Bad, bad the bartenders they looked like they hate their jobs, it was an terrible worker his name’s Pedro works outside on the beach setting up the chairs it got into a fight with friends over a canopy that guy it should get fired

El hotel mas sobrevalorado de la vida. Pagué 5mil pesos por noche por un hotel de 2 estrellas. Por ese precio encuentras hoteles de verdad de 5 estrellas. Es mas, por 2mil pesos más puedes pagar un hotel de lujo en Punta de Mita. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba nada. Nos dieron la habitacion con el baño sucio. La comida del todo incluido super x. La habitacion dividida por una puertita chafa.

Much much better than expected! The location was great, and the property itself was spacious with plenty to enjoy. There was a nice variety of food options, including morning smoothies and ice cream, which was a hit. The entertainment was fun, and the pools were thoughtfully designed— a small kiddie pool, a larger family pool, and two adults-only pools. Our room was quite large and offered a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the on-site coffee café was amazing. Would absolutely love to come back again!

The buffet food selections were good and staff were very helpful in particular the wait staff around the pools and buffets. A la carte selection is limited. The view from the resort is beautiful. There are many options off the resort to walk to or take a taxi too. There is easy access to boat excursions. Evening entertainment was limited most nights to a techno DJ. However there was a fire show one night and a live band without outdoor buffet and flea market that was awesome. I liked that there was the option for a pool for families and pools for adults only along a warmer pool and a hot tub. If you’re a nighthawk or early bird you won’t find too much food or beverages accessible. Loved the cabana set ups in the pool area and then more the the loungers and umbrellas closer to the beach.
