All I can say that is the worst resort I ever stared. I went there for a family trip I had been to the hard rock in punta Cana so I thought I would have a good experience but I was so wrong. Hard rock is just a name really because they are expensive but the experience here was the worst. The food isn’t good the only good place was el gallo tacos were good other than that nothing else. To night life the club isn’t open every day so at 7 when the pools close they have a 1 hr show at the theater or outdoor and your night is done. Took us over 3 hrs to get our room. There was cockroaches in the room. The workers were nice except for the reception people I had the worse experience with a bunch of them. No one knew anything and they all will tell you different things. At check out I ended up paying for their erroneous information but they won’t let you check out unless you pay and their attitude is we have your credit card that is going to be charge and that’s it very rude.
So much more to say. But all I can say is do not waste your money here I wish I would’ve chosen another resort to go and feel like my hard working money was actually well spent. I just got back and I feel like a need another vacation after going through what I went through with them.
Don’t waste your money. Pay attention to the reviews. I feel like if you are a member you might have a good review here because they definitely treat you different but why wouldn’t they when the cheapest membershipis $80,000
