"The room was fine, very clean and comfortable but no window! Hotel clerks did not alert us to included buffet breakfast; they said we had to pay. I found out by accident it was included. They said we had to pay for a room upgrade. Location is great, but the area is a bit sketchy."

"This is a small hotel that is near Lambton Quay and the Terrace. At first sight, it did not look like a hotel. When you enter, the reception is very small and there was a long dark corridor to the rooms. I was on an upper floor. The room was surprisingly spacious! There was a small kitchenette and a washer/ dryer. What struck me most was the fact that this was the cleanest hotel room that I have ever stayed in (and in a year, I may have stayed in 20 hotels!) Everything was lovely… the one possible drawback is that the reception closes early. You will need to pick up your luggage before it shuts! "
