Stayed 1 night at the Ramada, check in was quick and easy. Was lucky enough to get a park right outside the back entrance but note there are only 3 parks like this, the rest are a parking belt and your car has to be under a certain weight and length to fit in that. Which i didnt realise. Rooms were great, really decent size could have done with bigger seats in the lounge area. Kitchenette had all the basics and there was a washing machine and dryer too. Distance was an easy 6 minute stroll into Courtney place to restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay at the Ramada. They didn’t have their usual parking options which would have been nice to know in advance as is a key feature of this hotel, but the staff were friendly and helpful with alternatives. The rooms are clean, spacious, warm and have everything you need. Would highly recommend as great location and wonderful stay

We were given the wrong code for the lock box so had to ring after hours to get access. The lay out of the room is very strange and the bathroom was not clean with mold in the shower and the walls awful. Also very noisy, could here the room next to us showering and people's conversations in the corridor. Would not stay here again.

Missed check-in due to ferry delay, security had to help me retrieve key because didn't get any instructions from hotel. Little bathroom counter or desk space in room so had to pull things in/out of suitcase. Adequate kitchen counter space. Their compendium didn't really explain how to use digital oven or laundry machine, so had a few problems cooking. Cleaning missed corners of shower, little or no vacuuming before or during stay. Inadequate soundproofing from outside streets or between rooms. Comfortable bed & bedding. Toiletries really strip your skin and hair, no moisturizer provided.
