Everything was great! We got a complimentary upgrade from the hotel. Standard room upgraded to a suite. So much more room because we have two kids and needed it! Pool was amazing and the property was nice and clean. Shuttle bus to universal was super convenient. Breakfast food could have been a little tastier, but overall such a memorable experience. Been staying with them twice, if your trip is mainly about Universal Studio definitely recommended! Comes with early access and free shuttle bus. Walgreen across open 24hour is definitely a plus for emergency. Will be back!

I would highly recommend this hotel! We stayed for 16 days and loved it! Lots of room easy to come and go, staff was excellent, room service did a good job, excellent filtration system in the hotel (no Florida swamp water taste or smell) and it’s not a huge hotel so you are not fighting a bunch of people in the lobby or pool! Love it!!! Would definitely stay again!!!!

We loved staying at this resort. They had a Starbucks in the lobby and we were able to print out our Universal Studios tickets and Express Passes. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and comfortable.
