There was alot of hidden fees which i dont mind paying for parking and other stuff but why wasn’t it added on from the beginning?? Also the bathroom had a lot of hair it was not cleaned right. From 371 to 491 I could had gotten something nicer not to mention the pool wasn’t even open. Just bad experience

I have stayed here three times now, and love it! The staff is friendly, the breakfast is amazing (free Mickey waffles!), the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool/restaurant is great! My only qualm is that the Disney shuttle doesn’t line up with park hours, so we had to pay an Uber twice a day to get us to and from the parks on time. It would be great if they shared the shuttle hours online so we could have planned that in our budget. Other than that, it’s a great stay!

Me and my group really enjoyed staying at the townplace suites at flamingo!!! The pool was amazing and not too busy. Everything was always very clean and tidy and the room was great including a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, sink, cooktop, and microwave! The staff were so kind and the GM even came around at breakfast to see how everyone’s stay was! The booking service for the shuttles to Disney were great, we only wish you could book a couple days in advance instead of having to go in the day before. Overall an amazing stay and we would definitely come back if we were ever going to Florida again!

I really enjoyed my stay here for a week. Staff was really nice and attentive. When I requested something, they responded right away. The distance from the parks is convenient as well as the free breakfast, which was dissent. The only thing is that it would be nice if it would be posted in the email, they send for a heads up that they charge $10 a night for parking and include the day you are checking out plus taxes.
