Worst Hotel Stay Ever
I booked a room online and when I arrived at the hotel I was told they was overbooked . That the hotel didn't have any rooms with beds. No one was apologetic =, they gave me a room with a couch in it that had a pull out bed. It was so uncomfortable. This was 5 days ago and I still have a crook in my neck. I could feel the coils. This was unacceptable I should have been given a refund. This was not worth $150.00 for 1 night. I also had to walk a half of mile just to get to this so-called room. I can't believe I was treated like this in a Marriot hotel. It was more like a break conference room it definitely wasn't a bedroom.

There was some rust orange color inside the bathtub and there was some dust/dirt over by the A/C but other than that it was a good stay

This was a terrible resort. First room the air conditioner didn’t work. Smelled terrible. Wasn’t really clean. Second room changed, bathroom vent was so loud. Must have been broken. Couldn’t have the bathroom light on or else it would make the terrible sound. The room was dirty. The lotion bottle was EMPTY. Completely gross! AND getting to the room was very difficult. It was not properly explained.

Hotel was room was nice and clean, service was just ok. Attempted to order room service and couldn’t reach anyone, ended up ordering delivery from a local place. Onsite food and drinks were way over priced.

it’s a nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Wish parking was free for customers but it’s not. Close to all shops and some are walking distance. I would rate it a 4 out of 5 overall.

Honestly, everything was better than I expected it to be. We spend four nights there and every day we went out we came back to clean room, clean sheets and clean towels The housekeepers did an amazing job everyday cleaning Our room. I love the fact that they gave us coupons that we could use In restaurants at the property. We only ended up spending four dollars with the coupon out-of-pocket So that was a bonus. The pool area was also amazing. I will definitely be visiting back this hotel if I decided to visit with Orlando.
