The only thing that let this hotel down was, as usual with most hotels, the disgusting state of the air con unit. Having stayed in many Ramada hotels, this so far has been the best. The room was large, modern, comfortable and clean. The bed firm but not too firm. Staff always friendly and helpful. No internet the night we were there but they helped us sort out our visitor toll pass. A shout out to Angie and her catering crew for the best cooked, hotest breakfast from any Ramada we have stayed in so far.

We came in late and had two rooms for our family. One room smelled so much and heavy of pot. I really didn't realize how bad it was and we tried to sleep. I told the front desk in the morning because we were so darn tired. Bad decision. I wish I would have fought for a new room. Our other room was adequate. The breakfast was just fine.

Airport shuttle was very convenient. You have to go to Terminal A for pickup, but that seems to be the standard among the hotels and shuttle services. Unlocking/opening the room door was a challenge. The room cards easily demagnetize or just don't work when given to us, the door lock sensors were very weak, and the handle only worked by lifting it up. Seemed like a reverse escape room experience. The room was clean. A minor stain or two on the sheets if you look for them, not noticeable otherwise. Breakfast foods, the stuff that has a long shelf life. I knowingly booked a cheap room for the night. If others I am with want to re-book here for the value, I won't complain. I would prefer to try other places if I do return to the area.

We waited over an hour for a shuttle to the hotel from the airport when we arrived. Called the hotel 5 times; he kept saying he is almost there. Finally a different shuttle company noticed we were waiting so long, and offer to take us, thankfully. I told the attendant at check in when we finally got there after 1 hour and 15 minutes that it was unacceptable. No apologies. At breakfast the next morning we talked with others who had the same problem. An Uber would have been $10. I should have done that. But he kept saying almost there. So my advice is take an Uber and do not depend on their shuttle. Bed was too firm. Only 3 square size pillows, not even rectangle. Rooms were okay, seems to have been updated recently.
