Staff was not supportive at all, room condition, beddings were poor. I paid them at reception and got my keys, in few seconds I came back and complained about the room. They refused to change or upgrade my room, I sked for refund they refused that too. Its like forcing to sell you goods.

Room was very dated and pictures were probably photoshopped. Staff would not allow a later check out even when they were informed I had 5 hours to kill. Lot of weed smoking on the property all weekend. The “lake” is an algae infested pond that is undesirable to look at.

We stayed for 4 nights and requested for the room clean services for the 3rd day but still the service was not done. Found lots of small roaches in the room. Coffee maker was not clean. Amenities like moisturizer bottle was empty. Some towels had hairs on it, maybe the laundry was not done. Overall the room smelled bad, dirty and sticky carpets and floors too.

Horrible stay, came home after a family trip and found roaches all over the floor in my suit case late at night called office and said no one can help with my situation until the next morning. Wanted a refund for the dirtiness of our room and just suggested a discount HORRIBLE will never stay at this company hotel again
