Worst hotel experience. Dirt room and roaches.
I arrived around 2am, have to kill 3 roaches before be able to sleep. The room had a strange smell and I found a used dental floss stick on the bathroom floor. In the morning I killed 2 more roaches and saw a lot of small ones around my shoes and backpack. I was late for work and didn't check out in the morning. After my shift I went back and asked for a check out, I stayed only one night of 3 I booked. They said I was not eligible to refund because was close to 7pm. I left because I refuse to stay one more night in that room.

I paid 348$ for 5 nights only stayed 1 night i was told i would be refunded for the days i didnt stay and they never refunded me. Staff is very unprofessional and made exuses about my refund they lied and said they never received payment and that they never seen me or my family when i stayed 2 weeks prior to this issue. They rob people of their money and over charge. They lie amd make excuses to take your money and dont refund you. Staff very disrespectful. The keys to the rooms often stop working i went to get the key rescanned to get in the room where my belongings were told me they cant do it because i wasnt. Aregistered traveler but took my payment and id then said i never registered even tho iwas staying there already . Cops in and out of there due to staff robbing travelers and drug activity.

1) Room smelled horrible. I was told I couldn't change the room since I've already spent a night. Had to make the them spray my room twice but still couldn't sleep. 2) Toilet paper was not replaced and had very few sheets left in them. Room had no ventilation whatsoever. Had to open the main door to let Fog out. 3) Finally no staff was present during checkout and office was locked. Had to wait for 45 mins before slipping the keycard under a door before heading out. Horrible experience

The room smelled like cigarettes and it was roaches and flies all over. I didn’t stay my whole reservation. I had to pay for another room elsewhere. Not recommended!

Miss Regina at the front desk needs to be trained in customer service. The first room I got had rust in the bathroom which grinds my skin, I went back down to ask for a different room, she was like that room is one of our best rooms, if you don’t like the other one I’ll just refund you back your money. She had an attitude for no reason at all.
