Room had multiple maintenance issues ans poor repairs, bedding needs to be checked or you be sleeping in a dirty linen. Staff has zero knowledge of customer service or people skills, overall property needs immediate attention in all aspects.

The fees charged were more than quoted on hotels.com. Room is very dated and floors were dirty. No heat when it was cold, only air conditioning. 1 friendly staff member but the first one I spoke to was not friendly. Would not stay here again because “resort fees” miscalculated and different. Also not really “resort “ For the price not worth it. Would look at other properties that have better amenities and cleaner

Only stayed 3 nights and 4 days. No room service because they were short staffed. Asked for linens and clean towels but never received them. Outlets in room were hanging out the wall and only two lamps which one didn’t work. Walls were dirty, all in all won’t be returning.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The building felt unsafe from the moment we arrived. There was no visible security, and many people were walking around the halls at all hours. During our stay, police officers even knocked on our door asking questions about the room next to us because they were searching for someone. This was very alarming, especially since we were traveling with family. The room and overall environment felt more like a low-quality motel than a proper hotel. After we checked out, the hotel refused to return our deposit. When we called, we learned they had charged us for an extra night that we never stayed. They promised the manager would call us, but no one ever followed up. When we tried calling again, the phone number suddenly stopped working. We booked through Expedia, but they were not able to help and only told us to contact the hotel directly, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially families or anyone who values safety and honest service.

I called 2 days prior to say we’d be late check in I sent email day before that we’d be late check in I called night of check in to say we’d be late check in They still gave our room away even though resort appears “empty” (less than 25% full). Then they charged some bogus additional resort fee when we checked in which was 50% cost of room.

As we arrived, the staff acted like there was no room left for reservations we booked a month in advance. We had to pay a resort fee which later looked like the LAST RESORT fee. Racoons, cats roaming around in the trash. Walkways, concrete pavers were not properly cleaned/softwashed. Room had to be Lysoled and we spent 2 hours cleaning filters from the smelly/moldy air conditioner. The entire room had to be disinfected. We had child size towels that required to be exchanged at the welcome center for fresh towels. The toilet was not secured in place and was moving as you sit down to take care of your business. BOTH Swimming pools were not working, were not heated, and broken patio furniture was everywhere. Hot tub/kiddie pool was caution taped off. Breakfast was not continental (American): bread, waffles, juice, coffee, jellies - no eggs, sausages, hash browns, and fruit, etc. Trash everywhere you look - in the sand, around pool, around premises, rooms looked like they are getting updated, but still booking. I can only add that the staff was the most helpful and joyful from the whole experience. Definitely CHEAP, DIRTY, OUTDATED - NOT ADVISED TO STAY! We booked it for 4 days left after day 2. Could not stay there another day! Had to cut our trip short!

Very neglected. It was like the place was abandoned. Smelled like mold, there were some wet spots on the carpet. Rust spots everywhere . Horrible. My kids didn’t want to stay there. My room was musty and the carpet was damp. Therefore the room smelled. I was surpised with an additional 'resort fee', especially since the room was very far from resort like. The rooms we old and not well maintained. Which would be okay if not for the dampness and smell. I didn't want to take the long walk back to the front desk to change rooms as I was so tired, so I lit some incense and went to sleep.
