Kadeem was a gem at the place! The pool is a bit small but the room you get is huge. However, having the sink outside the bathroom is an unusual experience.

First thing is the bathroom are super Small. If you want two people in the bathroom one has to go into shower to allow the other person in bathroom. The room itself super big and clean.

What is fantastic about this property is that it is right across from Universal so it is conveniently located. It was listed on Expedia for a reasonable price so we decided to stay here for logistical purposes only. When we got to the hotel we found out that we had to pay $20 a night to park our car there. The shuttle service to Universal only arrives in the morning, and we arrived about noon. We wanted to check into our hotel at noon, but they didn’t have a room ready unless we paid an additional $35. So, we spent an extra $55. before even getting into our room, on top of what we already paid Expedia. Once we got into the room, it was clean, but our lights didn’t work. Only the bathroom light and one lamp in the corner worked. When we arrived back from Universal , we had difficulty seeing and finding things in the room. The staff was not welcoming here or friendly, and the “free breakfast” had watered down coffee and watered down oatmeal. The breakfast was not good. I think this varies from location to location, because we have stayed at the Hyatt in other destinations and did not have this experience. We will never come back to the Orlando location.

I liked that it was walkable to Universal... 20 min walk. Not very clean. (Tub dirty, gum on phone) The refrigerator and coffee maker did not work well. This was a last minute arrangement so we had to make do.
