Got to the hotel at exactly 4pm to check in. Was told room wasn't ready yet and we'd get a text when it was. Sat in a parking lot with our two year old for over an hour before using our last bit of phone battery to call for an update. After being on hold for 8 minutes, we were told the room had been ready - never got a text. The room was blazing hot on 78 degrees and still has not gone below 76 many hours later. The bathroom sink had ants crawling in it and parts of the grout in the shower are black. Not worth the money we paid.

Good hotel but…..
Say was good. The 2 bedroom suite was roomy but everything felt damp. The sheets, carpet and my shoes in the am felt damp. Also parking is $24 a day and we were not tole upon booking.

Very basic hotel, nothing special, my room had a very musky odor, tv was not operational, the bathtub was extremely slick, no microwaves, on the positive note the beds were comfortable, and the front desk was nice . Other than that I would just pay more to stay next door at the doubletree

The shampoo bottles (travel sample size bottles) look like they've already been used, just wiped off....they're about 1/2 full or so in each of them. Had to shove into my door to get it unstuck just to get in my room. Walls need better wiped down. Its just kind of nit picking stuff thats noticed, overall cleanliness is good.

The room has a musty smell; also it wasn't disclosed that there would be a $25 per night parking fee when I scheduled through Expedia. By the time I was apprised of this by email from the hotel, the cancellation deadline had passed. Had i known this, I wouldn't have booked. Otherwise, the experience had been pretty good. Also, I think there are two Holiday Inns on the same street, and I accidentally booked at the wrong one.

It was a convenient location. My room was unlocked when I first got there. It looked like it was never cleaned. As soon as you open the door, there was a very strong mildew/moldy smell that just hits you. There were stains everywhere as well as the room just being super humid/damp. Horrible experience and I have tried to switch rooms or check out and stay elsewhere, but they did not accommodate. They said they were overbooked and “negative one” room. Then I asked to leave and get a refund and it was not guaranteed that I would get a refund for not staying. Never go here.

I didn’t like the property condition, from out side and lobby areas looks ok and clean but the elevator hallway didn’t look clean room smells like humidity bathroom didn’t smell clean at all.
