Front desk was friendly and helpful even before arriving. Lobby was open and clean. Didn’t have time to enjoy the breakfast area or bar but both look comfortable. Did go to the gym and used the weights and a couple of the machines. All in very good to excellent condition. Room was ample. Curtains very good for full blackout. We found the bed very comfortable and nice heavy pillows. Bathroom a bit small but good organization. Bottles (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).attached to shower wall. Night lights in bathroom and entrance were surprisingly convenient. Toilet tank kept leaking and when I informed front desk (upon checkout) they were very understanding and friendly and promised to inform maintenance right away. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a Great place to stay everything was clean and pleasant 😊. The halls smell good and the pool was huge and clean. My room was so nice and big and I loved the fact that they cleaned your room every day.

The hotel was good for my business trip. There were a couple of concerns. The hotel does not have controlled access at night. This made me a little uneasy. Also, the hours for the bar/restaurant/room service were incorrectly advertised.

While this is an older hotel it is off the beaten path, comfortable and quiet. Close enough to the popular shopping in Altamonte Springs.
